What kind of service do you provide?

Two main types of service that we provide

– Private transfer in Hoi An, Da Nang and Hue City (including Da Nang Airport, Da Nang Train Station & Phu Bai Airport).

– Private individual day tours around Hoi An, Da Nang and Hue city.

How can i book?

All booking and reservation we accept through our website, Facebook, WhatsApp and Hotline, once your booing request sent successfully, you will receive an automatic reply from us confirming that your details received. However, if you insist on the reservation process via email, please provide precise details like date and time.

How to pay deposit?

Deposit is not required. You are able to pay directly to the driver when arrival to the destination. (We accept CASH and paypal)

What is the price included?

Air condition vehicle, Tollway fee, gasoline used, Driver fee, tax and service charge, Airport Parking fee.

However, you will be notified about any extra charges before we confirm your booking request.

Do you provide Baby/child seat?

Baby car seat extra charge at $7USD for a single trip.

Is this door to door service?

it is. You can choose where we need to pick you up and where to drop you. It can be a hotel, restaurant, shop, office, and private house – anything that has an address and can be located on the map. The only condition we have, please make sure that there is parking space available at your pick up location where the driver can wait for you.

If you book the transfer from the airport, then the driver will wait for you at the arrival gate inside the airport building and take you to the car afterward.

Do you provide service at a late hour?

All our rates are per car per way.

Can your drivers speak english?

Our drivers can speak English for communication but are not able to offer full tour information.

What is your cancellation policy

Since there are no security deposits involved, you are free to cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Please inform us at least 1 day before or as soon as possible if you decide to cancel or change your traveling date or time.

Do you provide shared service?

No, unfortunately, we don’t. You can find someone to share the costs for the transfer with the same pick up place by yourself and we will be fine for it.

How do i meet your driver and how do i recognize him?

Once your booking confirmed, if your pick up place is the airport. You will be provided full instructions on how to meet the driver. He will be waiting for you at the meeting point holding the

If you are traveling from the hotel or homestay then our driver will meet you at the lobby.

When the driver arrives he will contact your hotel’s reception desk and local staff can assist you to meet him.

Will the driver wait for me during the process of immigration and collect luggage?

Take your time, this is not an issue. The driver will wait for you as long as it needed.

How many hours prior to my flight departure should i depart from Hoi An

Usually, we recommend leaving Hoi An at least 2 hours prior to your domestic flight departure and 3 hours for your international flight departure .

What if my flight delayed or canceled?

Usually our drivers will monitor flight details online and we always know if your flight is delayed.

But if you have an opportunity to report to us by email or by phone about changing your arrival time, we will thankful for this.
Please make sure to inform us in case your flight is canceled or your flight number is changed.

We want to visit some places for sightseeing on the way to the destination. Is it possible to arrange and how much does it cost extra?

It can be arranged. The extra charge is depending on the destination (waiting time up to 1.30 hours per stop).

Stopovers along same the way to your destination for sightseeing/shopping are available for an additional 100,000VND

Please make sure to inform us in advance about your intension and we will instruct our driver accordingly.
